If you email us

This website has no forms. If you email us, we process your email address and message so that we can reply, based on our legitimate interest. If the contact leads to an assignment, we keep what Swedish accounting law requires. We keep other correspondence for no more than two years.

Visitor statistics

We use two kinds of visitor statistics to see how the website is used.

• Cloudflare Web Analytics is always on. It stores nothing on your device and does not identify you as a person. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in seeing that the website works.
• Google Analytics 4 is only used if you accept statistics. The data is sent through our provider Cloudflare to Google and may be transferred to the USA. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. The legal basis is your consent.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We only use these:

• cf_consent stores your choice about statistics, so that we do not ask on every page. It is needed for your choice to work and therefore does not require consent.
• Statistics cookies for Google Analytics are only set if you accept statistics. They tell returning visits apart from new ones.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings, which is also at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct or erase it, or to restrict how we use it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@optimisedonline.se. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
